We accept payments via ApplePay, Visa, and Mastercard using Stripe. Additionally, you can split your payment into 4 interest-free installments with Tabby or into 3 interest-free installments with Postpay.

Payments are processed in UAE Dirham (AED) currency. At checkout, your purchase amount will be automatically converted from AED to your preferred currency.

To use a promotional code, simply enter the code during checkout, and your discount will be applied before completing your order. Please note that promotional codes have expiration dates and may have limited eligibility based on specific terms. If the code is not eligible for your order, it may be rejected. Occasionally, products may be offered as Pre-Order items, allowing you to reserve your size for high-demand products arriving at our warehouse. Look for “Pre-Order” in the product title for delivery details, as they will be listed on the product page.

When an item is marked as final sale, it means it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. All final sale items are clearly noted in their descriptions at the time of purchase. Unless there is a manufacturing defect, final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping
Our shipping origin is Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
We only offer shipping within the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region and do not provide international shipping at this time.
Yes, we offer different shipping time options based on your location:
- For UAE orders, we use First Flight Couriers, and shipments typically arrive on the next possible working day after dispatch.
- International orders are shipped via FedEx and generally arrive within 2-4 working days after dispatch.
Shipping within the UAE is free of charge. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the parcel and the distance to its destination.
Shipping costs do not include taxes, duties, or any other miscellaneous fees. If taxes and duties are applicable and a customer refuses to pay, resulting in the package being returned to us, additional charges incurred by the courier will be deducted from the refund amount upon the package’s return to our facility. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded in this scenario.
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours on business days. The shipping time for your order depends on your location. Orders ship from Dubai, and the average transit time is typically between 1-2 business days for domestic shipments. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Receiving
If you have not received your package, please reach out to us so we can assist you in investigating its whereabouts. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen merchandise, or delivery delays. Any claims regarding the shipment should be filed directly with the mail carrier using the provided tracking number.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item if it is found to be defective.
Returning or exchanging your order is simple and free within 15 days of placing your order. For international exchanges, we kindly ask you to initiate a return and place a new replacement order.
